LAWN REPAIR
1.) FULL LAWN REPLACEMENT (49 images)
Following a year of construction, a traditional patch job just wasn't going to cut it for this property. We recommended to strip, re-grade ,and rebuild the property to ensure a proper pitch and a healthy, uniform lawn. At the same time, the customer could take this as an opportunity to build proper beds around outdoors equipment and screen them from view, and modernize the beds in the back to compliment the aesthetic of the new pool. A nearly all-encompassing project that truly went the distance to showcase the positive change a full lawn replacement can bring about.

2.) "DR" PROJECT STAGE #2: LAWN REPAIR & SOD INSTALLATION (14 images)
The next step in the "DR" series involved a significant amount of grading and lawn repair following construction work. The area was built up with ~35 yards of topsoil, graded, fertilized, and covered with ~2,550 sq.ft. of premium Kentucky Bluegrass sod. The third part of the project, landscape design, is to be completed in 2019.

3.) FRONT LAWN REPLACEMENT (7 images)
This project involved a complete replacement of a front lawn. It was recommended to replace the entirety of the front lawn to ensure the species of grass matched (old lawn would look different from new grass). With the heavy amount of clay and fill that would need to be removed to ensure proper grass growth, heavy machinery would be essentially a necessity and would also not be conducive to repairing parts; rather stripping the entire surface and starting fresh.

4.) LARGE-SCALE GRADING PROJECT (11 images)
The size and scope of this project made it one of the more interesting and challenging jobs yet. The customers were looking (only) to repair the grade of the lawn following a large scale construction project completed in the months prior. Due to the time of the year (mid-November), lawn repair was out of the question, but is to be completed in 2019. The weather further complicated matters by limiting the window of the time the job could be completed (see pictures below). In the end, ~45 yards of soil and ~5 yards of stone were laid in one day's time to complete the project, and let the grade settle over the winter.

5.) STREET-STRIP REPLACEMENT & TREE PLANTING (10 images)
A simple lawn remediation project, involving completely removing the street strip of the property in question and replacing two trees lost from various storms. Not much to say for the process: strip out the lawn and excavate the area; grade; plant; and lay sod.

6.) SOD INSTALLATION (23 images)
Customer wished to repair damage to the back and side yards, while simultaneously grading down and away from the pool area. Ramps were created at the two entrance points by the corner of the patio and the pergola. The end result of the following spring is shown in the last two pictures in this gallery.
