"PONDLESS" WATER FEATURE (31 images, 1 video below gallery)
A joint project with Mitchell Landscaping, focused on enhancing the existing outdoor living space with sound, motion and color. Customer sought a water feature that did not have a pond, but was rather only a fully functioning waterfall ("pondless") that notably was a large as structurally possible. Mitchell Landscaping offered a level of expertise and experience for such a project, and was critical in the design and installation process - ultimately allowing us to create a self-contained, low maintenance waterfall powered by a pump capable of ~13,000 gallons per hour. The project spanned approximately two weeks, involving the feature's design and recommended plantings, coordinating multiple vendors and electricians (to provide proper, up-to-code power supply from the home), construction of the 13' wide waterfall and supporting plumbing, and installation of the lighting and plants.
